BOOKINGS
Please make sure you are careful when enrolling your child as we do not give refunds for absences, change of plans and sickness.
The Holiday programme is subject to change due to weather and availability, we will do our best to notify you of these changes in advance.
Please ensure your child is dropped off / picked up within the times you have booked. Early or late fees may apply.
WHAT TO BRING:
Tamariki will need lunch, snacks and a water bottle. (and afternoon tea if they are staying late). No noodles / food that requires heating.
Please bring a hat in summer and jumper / jacket during the winter terms
No phones / devices - these can be stored safely in the office throughout the day.
COVID/ SICKNESS/ ABSENCES:
Children experiencing cold/flu symptoms will be sent home immediately. We reserve the right to enforce this based on a visual assessment of your child. If your child becomes ill, they will be made comfortable, and parents notified to collect them. If your child has had diarrhea or vomiting, we ask that they do not return until they are 24hrs symptom free.

SIGNING YOUR CHILD IN AND OUT
It is essential that you sign your child in/out on the tablet with a team member. We need to know that your child has arrived / gone home safely.
Please pick up your child promptly at the time allocated in the booking. If you are running late for pick up please contact us on 09 827 3300 to inform us. Late fees may apply.
Children will only be released from care to the people designated within their booking profiles. We will require written consent from the parent / guardian to make changes to this.
EMERGENCIES:
In the event of an accident or emergency, our staff will perform appropriate first aid and parents will be contacted immediately. If necessary, we will call an ambulance, or contact the medical centre next door.
COMPLAINTS
The programme has a complaints procedure. If you have any problems, please contact the office staff, and they will be happy to help you with your concerns.
LOST PROPERTY
The programme will try to look after children’s property but will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged possessions. Any lost property will be stored for one term.
