Seniors Pilates ​

Monday 
11am - 12pm
You will need a mat , a small cushion and water. 
Gentle core strengthening and pelvic floor exercises run by a Senior Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist: Shivani 

These are floor based exercises that targets the deeper muscles of our bodies that are responsible for good posture and can help with any ongoing lower back and neck issues. 
$15 per class

Walking Group 

Wednesday
9:15am - 10:45am

Pop on your walking shoes and join us for a walk around the block. Social group, caters to all fitness levels.
Meet at the Community House and walk from there. Feel free to stay for a cuppa after.

Flamenco Dancing

 Thursday

7.30pm - 8.30 pm
Intro into Flamenco Dance. Teens and adults.
Keep warm this winter and dance Flamenco!!!  Learn a basic Flamenco routine, ready to dance in Spring. Bring out the inner Spanish dancer in you and let the rhythm and passionate music take you to the world of Flamenco Dance. Ole! 
Previous dance experience a bonus but not essential for this class.

Chair yoga 

Friday

Chair yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful benefits of yoga while connecting with community. 
Staying seated provides a safe way to do exercises and breathing. Benefits include stretching and loosening tight muscles, increasing circulation and reducing stress. It also helps reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, protect joints and build strength and balance. Classes are relaxed and fun!
