Chair yogaFriday 10:30am - 11:30pm Chair yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful benefits of yoga while connecting with community. Staying seated provides a safe way to do exercises and breathing. Benefits include stretching and loosening tight muscles, increasing circulation and reducing stress. It also helps reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, protect joints and build strength and balance.
