We have modern and spacious rooms for hire at affordable rates in the heart of West Auckland. Ideal for children's birthday parties, workshops, off site training, interviews, meetings and regular classes.

VENUE HIRE PRICING:
Hall Hire - $40 per hour (incl. GST)
Whole hall space, Kiwi and Pukeko Rooms combined.
Includes use of kitchen, bathrooms, playground & covered deck area
Maximum capacity approx. 70 people
Exclusive Hire - $55 per hour (incl. GST)
Exclusive use of the whole community house including Kiwi and Pukeko Rooms combined, and Fantail Room.
Includes use of kitchen, bathrooms, playground & covered deck area
Maximum capacity approx. 100 people
Fantail Room - $15 per hour (incl. GST)
Lounge room, perfect for smaller meetings, workshops, classes, activities:
Includes use of kitchen, bathrooms
Maximum capacity approx. 30 people
Party Hire $40 per hour (incl. GST)
The hall is a perfect space for your next party, with all weather options and plenty of space indoors, and a secured fully fenced playground outside.
Space includes the whole hall area as outlined above. There are both children's and adults trestle tables and chairs available at no extra charge. Room for a bouncy castle too.

Weekend party bookings will be allocated in the following timeslots -
9am - 1pm and 1:30pm - 5:30pm Saturday
Evenings available on request
Kitchen Hire - $15 per hour
Make use of our kitchen space for hire so you can make and create.
Brand-new Westinghouse oven, hot water zip, refrigeration and freezer space.
Clean and spacious with plenty of bench space.
Meetings, Workshops, Classes, Activities - $20 per hour
Kiwi Room (carpeted area of hall)
Pukeko Room (wooden floor area of hall)
These spaces are separated by a moveable partition - price is for one of the above mentioned areas
Refundable bond of $100 required for all bookings.
Hire includes use of the kitchen facilities, tables, chairs, outside deck area and playground, off street parking. There is plenty of room outside for a bouncy castle. Please note that the kitchen is a shared space for all users.
