Gentle core strengthening and pelvic floor exercises run by a Senior Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist: Shivani
These are floor based exercises that targets the deeper muscles of our bodies that are responsible for good posture and can help with any ongoing lower back and neck issues.
Classes every Monday you will need a mat , a small cushion and water.
