This dynamic role involves working with our regular hirers, planning, executing, and promoting community events, creating a robust social media presence, and managing the School Holiday Programme. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
We seek a positive, outgoing, and well-organised team player with strong relationship-building skills who can connect with all community members. Attention to detail, flexibility, the ability to think on your feet, and remaining calm under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the community or not-for-profit sector in a similar capacity. A qualification or experience in events, administration, or marketing is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Xero, Weebly, Canva, AimyPlus, Meta Business Suite, and Google applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of bank accounts, invoice payments, accurate financial record-keeping, and cash handling. Additionally, the role involves financial planning and budgeting duties in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Treasurer.
